The flag of Buenavista, designed by Líder Balcázar Cueva, is vertically
divided green-white-green with the parish coat of arms in the middle. The coat
of arms was designed by Naín Bladimir Vivanco Vivanco and Servio Polivio
Espinoza Tenorio.
