I have draw this flag and have taken the cloth to an uniform
ratio of 1:2. Canton established 03 Febuary 1987. The flags of
Santa Lucia is different from the flag representation on Coat of Arms.

The star might represent the single urban parish of Santa
Lucía, forming the canton together with 40 "recintos"
(enclosures).
