The flag of the Rural Parish of Sinincay in the Canton of Cuenca, is divided horizontally orange over white with parish coat of arms on it.

The flag of Sinincay has the color of a white bone and tomato (the latter being the color of bricks, the manufacturing of these being a major
industry in the parish). It appears the flag might have been adopted in 1998/1999 after a contest did not succeed.
