The SiV flag can be seen in several photographs on the agency's website. The flag features the SiV logo centered on a white field. The logo has the acronym "SIV" in dark brown capital letters. Above the "I" is an orange circular mark. Below the logo is the name of the agency spelled out in smaller dark brown lettering.

The Superintendencia de Valores (SiV, Superintendent of Securities) is an independent agency of the Dominican Republic government, established by Securities Market Law No. 19-00. The agency falls under the auspices of the Consejo Nacional de Valores (CNV, National Securities Council). According to the Google translation of the agency's website, SiV's functions include promoting, regulating, and supervising the domestic Dominican stock market; promoting the formation of prices of financial instruments, such as stocks and bonds; and organizing and maintaining the Register of Market and Products.
