The IDEICE flag can be found in several photographs online, specifically here and here. The rather simple design is based on a horizontal tricolor of gold-white-dark blue. Centered in the white stripe is the agency's logo, which features the acronym "ideice" in italicized, dark blue, lowercase letters.

The Dominican Institute for the Research and Evaluation of Educational Quality (Instituto Dominicano de Evaluación e Investigación de la Calidad Educativa, IDEICE) is a decentralized agency under the Ministry of Education, established in 2008. IDEICE's activities are concentrated in the fields of evaluation and research in education. The agency's mission, as Google translated it from the website, is the promotion, coordination, and implementation of policies and initiatives for evaluation and research of educational quality and the provision of scientific support in the Dominican education system.
