The flag of the National Drug Control Directorate can be seen in several photographs online. One of the most prominent displays of the flag can be seen alongside the Dominican Republic national flag at https://www.dncd.gob.do/index.php/noticias/item/la-dncd-rinde-tributo-a-los-padre-de-la-patria-al-conmemorarse-el-176-aniversario-de-nuestra-independencia on 26 February 2020, during the agency's commemoration of the Republic's 176 years of independence. The flag features the DNCD's shield-shaped logo centered on a white field.

I have several photos and always the shield seems to be about 1/2 of the flag high (with 1/4 above and 1/4 below). The image above is as published in "Flag Report 62" (April 2012).

The National Drug Control Directorate (Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas, DNCD) is an independent agency of the Dominican Republic government under the direct jurisdiction of the President. The DNCD was created on 30 May 1988 through legislation regarding drugs and controlled substances, Public Law No. 50-88. The DNCD is responsible for "controlling and directing the national anti-drug intelligence system—collecting, analyzing and disseminating strategic and operational intelligence information—in order to prevent and suppress production, trafficking, distribution and the illicit consumption of drugs and controlled substances throughout the national territory." The DNCD is also the lead agency for the Dominican Republic's national drug abuse prevention programs, and is the primary point of contact in international counter-drug efforts.
