It is a splitflag in Dannebrogsrød. On the horizontal crossbar is a black inscription "KGL. VAGERFARTØI" under a royal crown placed onto the bottom end of the uppe rhalf of the vertical crossbar. Please note that the inscription in Album de Pavillons 1889 is wrong, as "Ø" has been replaced by "Ö", not used in Denmark.
