The pennant is white with black edges except at hoist. Shifted to hoist is a black sea marker, shifted to fly are connected initials "UB". UdbyhÃƒÂ¸j is a small village on the shores of the Kattegatt and just south of the Randers Fjord.

The pennant is horizontally divided of blue and green. At hoist on the blue part is a white inscription "SUS" placed above from two white wavelets.

Uggelhuse Sejlklubben

The pennant is white, shifted to hoist is a stylised blue sailing boat crossing a blue wave. Beneath is a blue inscription alongside the wave "U.SK". Uggelhuse is located on East Jutland and nowadays part of randers Kommune.
