It is a 9-stripes flag horizontally divided by alternating black and white stripes. The white canton has a red fimbriation. In the canton is a black tipped cross pointing to the bottom, which is taken from the municipal coat of arms. The cross is flanked by black capital letters "V" (left and right) and "V"(top).
