It is probably a mere supporters flag. I spotted that flag in the Tagesschau
(news of 1st German TV(ARD)) on 21 January 2007.
The flag is divided by a white saltire. The top and bottom sections
are black, the hoist and flyend sections light blue (FIAV-code B-) though
the usual colour of the club is blue(FIAV-code B). In the centre of the
flag is the badge of the club.
