Flag adopted 11 April 1921, abolished 1933
The black-red-gold tricolor with the Iron Cross in the center. This was abolished in 1933.

The second variant of the war minister's flag was introduced with the regulation of 11 April 1921, finally in force 1 January 1922. This only changed the proportion to 2:3, and made the Iron Cross 'fatter'. Sources:
