Shield parted per fess, above Gules a bunch of three roses Argent seeded Or, beneath Azure a wolf trap Or.
Meaning:
The upper half is representing Geroldshausen proper. The roses are taken from the arms of the Barons of Wolfskeel, who ruled the village as vassals of the Bishops of Würzburg. The tinctures red and white are representing the bishopric. The lower half is representing the village of Moos. Since the 12th century the village belonged to Oberzell Abbey. The wolf trap is taken from the arms of the abbey.
