It is a dark green over white bicolour. (editorial note: the existence of at least a flagoid is confirmed by Stefan Schwoon on 13 October 2002).

The shield is divided per bend sinister wavy into dark green over silver (= white). Above right is a silver (= white) aspen leaf. Below left is a green bunch of grapes.
Meaning:
The leaf is a canting element. The raceme is symbolizing the cultivation of wine.
