According to the city administration Kemberg has no proper flag, just one single ceremonial banner, which is displayed only once a year on occasion of the local New Year's Onset. The colours of the city are red and white.

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent a water lily leaf Gules, at sinister barry of 10 of Sable and Or, superimposed by a crancelin Vert.
Meaning:
The shield refers to the former rulers, the Counts of Brehna, whose family arms displayed three leaves of water lily ordered 2:1, and the Askanian Dukes of Sachsen-Wittenberg, their successors. The former ruled the city from the middle of the 11th century until 1290. The sinister half displays the Saxonian arms.
