The colours of the municipality are green and white.
Meaning:
The colours are those of the canting 3rd quarter of the local coat of arms, displaying five stones Argent ordered 2:1:2 and realised as small white triangles. The other quarters are displaying two bars and a cross moline for Oldenburg, and St. John the Baptist, the local patron saint with his attributes Paschal Lamb and sword.
