Shield parted per fess, above Or a demi-panther issuant Gules armed Argent, beneath Azure, on base Vert a house Argent with roof Or.
Meaning/
The village was first mentioned in 875 as Richersburon, which means "house of the judge". The house beneath is thus canting. The panther is taken from the arms of the Reichspeuren kin, who had been commissionaires of the Tegernsee Abbey and local rulers between 1156 and 1337.
