Renaissance shield Or, a bishop issuant dressed Azure holding a crozier Or by his sinister hand and an oil flagon with a dove Argent above by his dexter hand.
Meaning:
The bishop is St. Remigius, patron saint of the local parish church. He is also reminding on the Christianisation of Bayern by Franconian missionaries in the 8th and 9th century.

The banner was approved on 16 August 1954 by and the arms were approved on 21 October 1926, both by Minister of Interior of Bayern.
