Shield Azure, a cross trefoily Or and a crozier Or in saltire, above between both a grapevine Or, chief Gules three piles Argent.
Meaning:
The Bishops of Würzburg and various monasteries had been the local rulers before 1803, symbolised by cross and crozier. The grapevine is symbolising viticulture. The chief displays the Franconian rake, also representing the Bishopric of Würzburg.
