It is a blue-white-red vertical tricolour. The coat of arms is shifted towards the top.

Shield Azure, in base an embattled wall Argent masoned Sable with port of the same, issuant from wall a bishop nimbed Or and dressed Gules, wearing a mitre Gules and holding a crozier Or by his sinister hand and three balls Or by his dexter hand.
Meaning:
The bishop is St. Nicolas, the local patron saint, recognisable by his attributes crozier and three golden balls. The embattled wall is reminding on Frauenstein Castle, centre of the namesake lordship. Weiding had been its capital.
