It is a banner lozengy of white and blue (see left image above) or a vertical white-blue bicolour (see right image above). The coats of arms of both are shifted towards the top.

Shield Azure parted by a fess wavy Argent, above a royal crown Or, beneath a fish Argent.
Meaning:
Fess wavy and fish are alluding tot he location on the shores of the Starnberger See, a lake. The royal crown is referring to King Ludwig II of Bayern, who liked visiting Berg. He died in 1886 near the local castle. In the village pompous lake festivals took place since the 17th century. The tinctures are those of the Wittelsbach kin and Bayern.

The banners have never been approved officially. The arms were approved on 26 July 1962 by Minister of Interior of Bayern.
