Shield parted per pale of Argent and Azure a wyvern rampant in counterchanged tinctures holding an isosceles triangle Sable by his forepaws.
Meaning:
The wyvern is an attribute of St. Margaret, the local patron saint. The tinctures silver and blue are symbolising that the main settlement cores of the municipality, Loitzendorf and Rißmannsdorf, had been possessions of the Counts of Bogen and afterwards of the Wittelsbach kin. The black triangle is taken from the arms of the Barons of Weichs, who owned the districts (Bavarian: Hofmarken) of Loitzendorf und Rißmannsdorf between 1683 and 1796. They also held the local low level cognisance.
