It is a red-white-blue vertical tricolour with ratio of stipes approx. 1:4:1. The coat of arms is in the the white stripe and shifted to the top.

Shield Argent mantled Azure, in base a tank engine's drive wheel Gules, in dexter chief a rowing boat Argent in bend sinister, superimposed by two oars in bend of the same; in sinister chief a fish urinant Argent.
Meaning:
The arms are symbolising the merger of Kähnsdorf, represented by the boat, Neuseddin, represented by the wheel, and Seddin, represented by the fish.

The arms were approved on 19 August 1997. Flag and banner probably had never been approved officially.
