Shield Azure, in base a stake dam Argent charged with a bull's head caboshed Gules, issuant from dam a demi lion rampant Argent.
Meaning:
Lion and dam are taken from the arms of the Counts of Baumgarten, who owned the local districts (Bavarian: Hofmarken) of Stubenberg and Prienbach between 1512 and 1848. The bull's head is taken from the arms of the Sandizell kin, who had been relatives of the counts. The head is also stressing the importance of agriculture.
