The subcounty (Amt) Lenzen/Elbtalaue has no proper arms and thus no proper flag. It has only a logo shaped like an Iberian shield. Also its municipalities Cumlosen, Lanz and Lenzerwische have no proper flags.

Shield Argent with base Vert; two towers Gules with roofs Azure, topped by golden balls, an embowed embattled connection, windows Sable and gazebo turrets Gules with roofs Azure, topped by golden balls, beneath the connection an impending eagle Gules armed Or.
Meaning:
The fortification probably is symbolising the rank of a city. The eagle is that one of the Margraves of Brandenburg, the former rulers.
