Description of flag:
The banner has the ratio approx 5:2. It is a vertically divided red and white bicolour. The coat of arms is in the centre of the banner.
Description of coat of arms:
In a silver (=white) shield is a red castle, masoned black, with three towers and an open gate. The central tower is topped by a red cone-shaped roof, which is topped by a golden ball.
The two flanking towers and the wall are embattled. On each of the flanking towers sits a winged black dragon armed golden (=yellow).
