Shield Or, a demi-lion Sable, crowned, armed an tongued Gules with a sword of the same in bend piercing his head, in base two hayforks Sable in saltire.
Meaning:
The forks are taken from the family arms of the Lords of Pilsach, who lived in the village between the 12th and 15th century. The pierced lion is taken from the arms of the Senft kin. The family owned the local district (Bavarian: Hofmark) between 1383 and 1688.
