Shield parted per fess, above Azure an elector's coronet proper, beneath Argent a potato blossom Vert.
Meaning:
The coronet, also called an elector's cap, is reminding on the visit of Elector Karl Theodor in the village, who personally checked the progress of the cultivation of the Donau Marshes during his visit in 1794. A monument near the local parish church also is referring to this occasion. The blossom is referring to the fact that the village became an important growing area of potatoes after the exsiccation of the marshes in the late 18th century. The tinctures silver and blue are those of the Wittelsbach kin.
