Description of current flag:
The flag's ratio is 3:5. It is a yellow over celestial blue horizontal bicolour. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag.

Description of coat of arms:
In a golden (= yellow) field is a red gear superimposed by a golden (= yellow) ear of grain. The shield has a blue chief containing a silver (=white) glider/sailplane.
