The flag's ratio is 3:5. It is a yellow - blue vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag.

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per pale wavy. The dexter side shows in a blue field a golden (= yellow), statant, sinister-facing heron. The sinister side shows in a golden (= yellow) field a red tower with triangular roof.
