Shield Gules, a bend sinister wavy Argent, in dexter chief an eagle's wing Argent, in sinister base seven lozenges Argent, ordered per bend sinister 4:3.
Meaning:
The bend sinister wavy is representing Lahn River, crossing the municipality. The wing is taken from the arms of the Reeves of Fronhausen, the lozenges from the arms of the Bailiffs of Schweinsberg. Each lozenge is representing one of the former municipalities: Fronhausen proper, Sichertshausen, Bellnhausen, Erbenhausen, Hassenhausen, Holzhausen and Oberwalgern. The arms were designed by Heinz Ritt.
The coat of arms was approved on 14 June 1982 by Minister of Interior of Hesse.
