Shield parted by a pale wavy Argent; at dexter parted by a fess Or of Gules and Vert, over all a key Or and a sword Argent hilted Or in saltire; at sinister Azure, on a triplemount issuant Or a falcon statant of the same with collar Gules and torc Or.
Meaning:
The pale wavy is representing the local rivers Mangfall and Leitzach, natural boundaries of the municipality. The tinctures are based on Augustine heraldry, as Weyarn had been seat of a provost as head of an abbey of that order, which had been established in 1133 by Count Siboto II of Falkenstein. Key and sword are the attributes of St. Peter and St. Paul, patron saints of the abbey. The sinister half displays the canting arms of the Counts of Falkenstein.
