Shield parted per pale, at dexter Azure a branch Or of an apple tree with apples and leaves of the same, at sinister Or a crozier issuant Azure with staff Or and velum Argent; chief parted per pale of Or and Azure two upper demi-fleur-de-lis in counterchanged tinctures.
Meaning:
The chief is a differentiation of the family arms of the Princes of Fugger, which displayed two complete fleur-de-lis. Also the tinctures blue and golden are referring to the family, which acquired Bodolz in 1592 together with the Lordship of Wasserburg. In 1275 the family also gained all the possessions of the Canonesses from the Lindau Abbey, represented by the crozier of its abbess. The apple branch is symbolising orcharding in the area.
