The shield is off-centred parted per pale, at dexter Argent two bars Sable, at sinister Gules a linden seedling Or over three barrulets wavy Or.
Meaning:
The dexter side, which is the smaller part, displays the arms of the Counts of Isenburg. The sinister part is at least partially canting, because the barrulets are representing Bracht Creek, name giver of the municipality. The number of leaves is symbolising the 6 former municipalities, which formed Brachttal: Hellstein, Neuenschmidten, Schlierbach and Udenhain, which merged on 1 July 1970, furthermore Spielberg and Streitberg, which joined on 1 February 1971.
