It is a black-white vertical bicolour (see left image above). In use is a white-black vertical bicolour (see right image above). The coat of arms of both is shifted towards the top.

Meaning:
The charges are referring to the main business lines, fishery and shipping on the Main River, and basketry since the 18th century.
