Shield Argent parted by a fess wavy Azure, above a demi-escarbuncle Gules with five points, beneath two plough shares addorsed in fess.
Meaning:
The colours blue and white are alluding to the long rule of the Wittelsbach kin in the past. Wang belonged to the Isareck district, which was acquired by the Dukes of Bayern probably from the Counts of Moosburg. Duke Albrecht V of Bayern built the local castle in the 16th century. The escarbuncle is a differentiation of the arms of the Counts of La Rosée, who bought the castle in the 19th century and still are living there. The blue fess wavy is a representation of the Isar River. The plough shares are symbolising agriculture and the rural character.

Banner and arms were approved on 28 October 1983 by district governor (Regierungspräsident) of Oberbayern. According to the municipality there is however no banner in use.
