Similar to above image. Ratio 14:19. Width of the white border is 1/7 of the hoist length. Caption: Dienst nur für Lotsenrufsignal i.e. "used only for calling a pilot." I guess pilot vessels should use the state ensign. Source: Neubecker 1992 [neu92], p. 43 (in the "Supplements" section).
