Shield parted per fess, above parted per pale of Argent and Sable a cut fleur-de-lis in counterchanged tinctures, beneath Gules parted by a chevron Or.
Meaning:
The fleur-de-lis is taken from the family arms of thre Barons of Fronhofen, who were first mentioned in 1140. The chevron is a differentiation of the family arms of the Counts of Oettingen. The counts gained privileges and possessions in the 14th century and the right of patronage over the local parish church from the 15th century.
