Shield Argent with red bordure a spade blade Azure, mantle barry of six of Azure and Or.
Meaning:
The barry shield is taken from the family arms of the Counts of Graisbach-Lechsgemünd, to whom the village belonged until 1342. The embowed chevron is taken from the arms of the Knights of Meilenhart, whose castle was located in the village. The existence of the family is proven between 1087 and 1310 as vassals of the counts. The blade is reminding on the open cut mining of ore in the past.
