Shield parted per pale, at dexter paly of four of Azure and Argent, at sinister Gules abased parted by a fess wavy Argent, above a church bell Or.
Meaning:
The dexter half displays a differentiation of the family arms of the Counts of Schwarzenberg, last owners of the Iggensbach district (Bavarian: Hofmark), before the Lordship of Winzer was acquired by Duke Maximilian of Bayern in 1603. The fess wavy is canting for the suffix "-bach" (= creek). The bell is a representation of Germany's oldest church bell, finished in 1144.
