Shield Or a wolf rampant Gules, superimposed by an abased fess Azure.
Meaning:
The wolf is taken from the arms of the Bishopric of Passau, to which the whole Lordship of Aholming belonged in the Medieval. The black ears of the full are not mentioned in the blazon. The blue fess is taken from the arms of the Nothaft family, who had been the manorial lord between 1413 and 1735. The family also held the local cognisance.
