Shield Vert, a horse statant Argent, in base a barrulet wavy Argent, in orle 21 nails Argent (= little plates).
Meaning:
The plates are representing the 21 settlements of the municipality. The barrulet is symbolizing the rivers Weser and Lune, the horse is symbolizing horse breeding.
