Shield Gules on the peaks of a triplemount issuant Vert an embattled tower Or between two church towers Argent with roofs Azure.
Meaning:
The embattled tower is a representation of the Hohenwarth Fortress, which controlled the road to Böhmen (Bohemia). The Hohenwarther family probably had been in service of the Counts of Bogen and lived in the village from the 12th until the 14th century. The church towers are referring to the Benedictine Rott Monastery, which had been liege lord of the fortress since the 15th century.
