Shield parted per fess, above parted per pale, at dexter again parted per pale of Gules and Argent over all a wheel boss Sable, at sinister again parted per pale, at dexter Or a demi-eagle Sable couped per pale and armed Gules, at sinister Azure three roses Argent seeded Or in pale, beneath Argent a bend Sable charged with three 6-point stars Or.
Meaning:
The owners of Seybothenreuth Estate changed frequently. As representatives of the many kins three of them were chosen for the municipal arms. The wheel boss is taken from the arms of the Lords of Haydenab. The black bend with stars is reminding on the Lords of Lindenfels. Eagle and roses are taken from the arms of the Lords of Benkendorf.
