Shield Azure, a sinister facing heron vigilant Argent, holding an inescutcheon Argent charged with a belt-buckle Gules by his left claw.
Meaning:
The heron is taken from the arms of the Lords of Weiher, who ruled Heinersreuth from 1464 until 1604 and owned Altenglos from 1464 until 1549. The buckle is taken from the arms of the Lords of Wallenrode, who ruled Altenglos from 1549 until 1728.
