Description of coat of arms:
In a golden (=yellow) field are two black apses having white lining. They are topped by a green branch of ilex having red berries.
Meaning:
According to source the apses are an image of the local parish church. The ilex branch is canting, symbolizing the village of Hülsten. In Lower German language ilex is called "hülsebusch".
