Description of current flag:
The flag's ratio is 3:5. It is a black over white horizontal bicolour.
Meaning:
According to Veddeler 2003, p.136 is used since 1910 having the colours of the coat of arms. In Hauptsatzung der Stadt Hallenberg dated 15 January 1998 no flag is mentioned.
