Shield parted by a fess wavy Gules, above Argent a lion passant guardant cowed Sable tongued Gules, beneath paly of six of Argent and Azure.
Meaning:
The lower half displays the arms of the Counts of Seinsheim, the upper half those of the Princes of Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst. Both had been former rulers.
