Renaissance shield Azure with base Argent, a cuffed hat vairy crested by three ostrich plumes Or.
Meaning:
The hat is taken from the family arms of the Lords of Schmiechen, who ruled the village from the 12th century until 1608. The tinctures of their arms were known from rolls of arms.
