Deutsche Gesellschaft für Schädlingsbekämpfung (DGS), (English: German Pest Control Society) is a company of the Austrian SIMACEK Facility Management Group (Holding GmbH)
The structure of the holding can be seen here The company is based in Hamburg. The holding has its seat in Vienna and is operating in Austria, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania.
The flag is a square flag in "warning colours" black and yellow. The black flag is charged with a throughout centred cross, charged with black serifed inscription "DGS" on both crossbars, the "G"s of both coinciding in centre.
