Vidlatá Seč has its flag and coat of arms on this
website; it's a municipality in Svitavy district, Pardubice region.
The flag has a big ear of barley in a hayfork on a green field between
two vertical yellow stripes; the coat of arms the same between two scythes, which
have been translated on the flag as two yellow stripes.
